Thank you for shopping with Studio Lumi! We are dedicated to delivering your aesthetic Japanese-inspired lifestyle goods safely and efficiently to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time
 Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase.
 Custom or handmade artisanal items may occasionally require an extra processing day to ensure strict quality checks before shipping.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship our products directly from our trusted artisan partner workshops and fulfillment centers in Asia to customers worldwide (primarily North America).
Standard International Shipping: Typically takes 5 to 11 business days for delivery after dispatch (for the majority of US orders).
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to customs clearance, holidays, or local postal carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your items. We offer optimized shipping rates, especially for lightweight tableware and decor items.

4. Important Notice Regarding P.O. Boxes
For certain shipping lanes (such as our natural wood watches and select heavy items), delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not supported. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address during checkout to avoid delivery delays.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (e.g., LW tracking number). You can track your package's journey directly on our store's "Order Tracking" page.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government upon arrival. Studio Lumi is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

7. Special Care for Fragile & Heavy Items (Glassware & Cast Iron)
We take great care in packaging our fragile glassware and heavy cast iron teapots securely. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
